Customized Products

All customized and printed products (such as wedding cards, banners, mementos, stamps, photo frames, etc.) are made specifically for you. Therefore, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

Digital Services

Payments for digital services (Graphic Design, Website Development, Branding, SMM, etc.) are non-refundable once the work has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide a suitable replacement or resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production or service work begins. Once processing has started, cancellations are not possible.
